We’re Megan and Perry — partners in life for over 12 years and partners in providing thoughtfully managed homes.

In 2017, we purchased our first duplex and spent three years house-hacking before moving into our single-family home. Perry solely managed the property and tenants for the first four years and continues to own it today, now overseeing it more passively. That hands-on experience provided deep insight into long-term rentals, maintenance management, and tenant communication. With Perry’s operational oversight and Megan’s eye for design, we approach every home with an owner’s mindset — focused on protecting the asset, maintaining quality, and operating with care.

Perry is hands-on and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and client relationships. Clear communication and preventative care are central to how we operate.
